By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Redify provides a platform for user-submitted information related to dating safety, including searchable profiles and aggregated scores derived from community reports. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. User-generated content

Content on the Service—including reports, stories, tags, and scores—is supplied by users and automated aggregation. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of user content. You understand that information may be false, misleading, incomplete, or posted in bad faith.

4. No warranties; “as is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY USER CONTENT, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE OPERATOR FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IF HIGHER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service, your interactions with others, and any decisions you make based on information found on Redify. You agree not to use the Service for harassment, defamation where prohibited, illegal activity, or to post knowingly false information. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms or operational needs. We are not obligated to monitor or store content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be indicated by updating the date above.
